Oooh.... where do you get the take-out burritos?

BTW, my butt is getting too big for my sweaters, too, because I AM cooking every day. Today: whole grain penne with roasted butternut squash, sweet Italian sausage, and crispy sage. Tomorrow: carne guisada. Yesterday? Individual chicken pot pies. My cooking magazines are like my porn.

Anyway, I digress . . .

Sorry to hear your class stresses you out so much. I assume the thought of quitting stresses you out more? I'm not advocating quitting but, my God, it appears to have rocked your world so much. Just be sure to take care of yourself because a M.E. is more important than a M.B.A.

I considered quitting during the bad depressive cycle but I won't do that. I have to see how the story ends.

I'm going to go look up came guisada now. Something with peas in it?

As I'm sure you discovered, carne guisada is a Tex-Mex stew . . . I'm serving it in flour tortillas topped with shredded cheese and cilantro.

There was a great crock pot recipe in the latest issue of "Jugs" . . . I mean, Everyday Foods.

I miss days of thinking about dinner when I wake up in the morning and getting a couple of fresh ingredients and building a dinner around them.

And I totally read "carne" as came. Um, yeah.
