Even though I no longer rep this brand, I'm happy to see you're impressed with their merchandise, Laurie!

I share your love of K-Mart. The one by me is clean, wide open, and never crowded. The anti-Target, if you will.

Over the years, I've bought a few articles of clothing at K-Mart and they've always been dirt-cheap and something I ended up wearing over and over again -- which is rare for me. I tend to buy disposal clothing (not intentionally, of course).

I remember a turquoise belted rain coat that rocked through many spring storms and a brown ultra-suede belted shirt dresses that looked awesome with boots. Each was clearance priced at under $12. Unfortunately (or, rather, fortunately), they no longer fit me after I lost weight so I got rid of them.

This summer, I got a Joe Boxer pajama set in a fun tropical print that included a tank top, shorts, capris, and a little hoodie. That was GREAT to have at the shore (the hoodie and capris looked enough like an "outfit" to run to the store wearing it). I also got a plain shiny white purse that carried me through late spring (so cute with a bright scarf tied to it).

Their kids shoe section blows, though.

I packed poorly about a month ago for my weekly trip to Philadelphia, and I wandered into K-Mart. They had NOTHING. I did end up buying a Vitamin water.

you didn't see the cashmere, Jen!
I think the entire shoe dept blows.
sorry you're no longer working alongside Jaclyn, Tom! ;)

I bought a sundress at the Biz KMart this summer. It's long and black and was about $7. They had some really cute dresses but I wasn't willing to pay $24 for a Kmart special.

However, I have gotten compliments - from strangers, even! - on my Kmart dress.

nice. Can't beat that.
I used to feel weird buying clothes in a store using shopping carts but there are gems to be mined, so I got over it and just went with my onner trailerpark tendencies.

Just one question: how to add your blog into my rrs reader, thanks so much.

Hello Louboutin - thank you.
If you look to the left column, just above "Blog With Integrity" badge, you will see "Subscribe to this blog's feed" option. I think that will work for you. I do not use an rss reader myself so let me know if I should do something else.
